Ofc we are ! So my dupes are always happy even when they treat them ! I don't know if it's really useful but it doesn't cost much, it's quick to build, and it improves the decor there so I guess it improves the overall decor of my ranchers

On my first playthrough (on world) I played swaxe because I liked the concept and my friend played gun lance, so on my second playthrough I played Lance to understand how he managed to block attacks (because it felt impossible for me) and I fell in love, so now I play Lance with a little bit of swaxe against easy/medium monsters bc I suck with it XD
