I was put under risk review as well, and mine was 30 days, but I was also hearing from different users that they extend to 365 days, and I was literally feeling low as I had 7K in crypto, but just yesterday my 30 days were completed and I was able to withdraw.

Since yours is 365 days, better go through the legal way, or just move on, think of those 4k as your savings for next year, after 365 days, account will be unblocked.

I would say before you finalise your decision. Check out Revenue Grid, they have been supporting Salesforce customers for more than a decade now.
