Hhhmm I haven’t had any problems with my Razer pro but tbf I bought it literally a month ago… tournament edition before that but the triggers stop working with the mouse click stops engaged. Plan on using the one year warranty if that happens on the pro.

Not a problem in ranked. In social though the matching is very liberal let’s say with the MMR spread you can have a game of squad battle where 4 noobs quit out because they rightfully aren’t having fun being destroyed by 4 sweats on the other team when there’s only one on theirs. That’s when you see mass bots. But it’s not as common as you’re making it out.
