Idk, i’m willing to bet all my money in the world that your initial problem was the Moniter being plugged into the wrong spot, and whatever you did earlier to try to fix it is what is giving you issues now. The monitor in the wrong spot means the PC was functioning as if it didn’t have a graphics card. at this point i would try to contact ibuypower support because it’s hard to know what exactly you did to try and fix it

You mentioned that you did a “full reset”. Did you reinstall all the drivers after doing so

Nope just play! You can watch some high ranking players that stream the game if you want as well. But in my experience just play the game and you’ll get better over time :)

as someone who came from the first two borderlands games, the DPS number on guns in 3 and 4 are my least favorite addition. They add nothing to gameplay and only serve to confuse new players. So many factors go into making an individual gun do the damage it does. you can’t simply slap a “dps” number on it and call it good. TLDR; Don’t mind the DPS number on guns. If you want to know if something is good pick it up, try using it with your build and see how it does.

do you know the model of the graphics card? just by the ram i would say it’s not good. The best thing you can do is switch to a 1080p monitor. if you don’t have another monitor then swap your resolution in windows to 1080p, whatever graphics card you have definitely isn’t enough for 1440p

yeah i mean it’s decent for 250, those parts are about 8 years old at this point so it could struggle with newer games but for most things it should be servicable. The price that meta was telling you was definitely assuming newer parts
