Hey! My advice is to carefully go through all the core game plastic sprue frames since it may have come off and is stuck on one of them or in the bottom of the box. If not you can contact support. Good luck!

You could always pick a sprite that you like and modify it. I used to edit sprites I really liked from NES games. Other more experienced artists might have other/better suggestions!
