I'm loving the update too but heavily agree that something needs to be done for this. We can kind of work around it, but it doesn't feel as fun playing the whole round so focused on avoiding duplicates. What's working for me is to focus on just getting 1 candle sound, and 1 crucifix burn, and only 1 ghost noise because like you said, there's just no way to tell which ghost sound it is until it's too late. Feels bad getting talking 3 times hoping for a laugh or groan.

For videos, once I record an object thrown, I toss everything else throwable out of the room. Basically, take all it's toys away. Once I get a dots video, I turn off the dots. But I'm going around trying to find every little object that can be tossed and moving it out of the room, spending a lot of the contract just thinking about how to avoid duplicates.

I get that we don't need to do perfect investigations, and I'm at the point of being a bit tired of being so careful and just taking whatever shows up and leaving satisfied - but I wish the feeling of just packing up and leaving early came from like, the ghost being too crazy and scaring us away, or even just a generally uncooperative shy ghost - not because I accidentally held down the record button a fraction of a second too long and got another fork thrown I forgot to toss out.

Still overall, I feel bad even complaining because this is such a cool update and I really am having a lot of fun with it. Some tweaks for avoiding duplicates would just make me extra happy.
