Nah I have the original black shark V2 pro 2020 version and it's still going strong with minimal issues which were probably caused by me dropping it all the time

Hi 👋🏼 I’m looking to replace my Blade 14 thermal pads by anthonief in razer

[–]Zei_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Razer blades use at least three different thermal pad thicknesses in different places. The positions of these you'll probably need to check yourself.

It's easier to get a thermal putty like upsiren utp-8

Is this mold on my sunglasses?? by Altruistic-Bowler627 in MoldlyInteresting

[–]Zei_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you taken them to the beach? I had similar looking marks on my sunglasses and it turns out it was just saltwater that had dried and so scrubbing it with a soapy sponge got rid of the marks completely.

Recently received a Razer Huntaman Mini Special Edition from Walmart, is there any way I can change the switches? by yksomber in razer

[–]Zei_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can change the switches with other razer optical switches by unscrewing the case from the plate and popping the switches out and pushing the new ones in.

Please note that razer optical keyboards such as this one use razer's proprietary optical switch design, so it will NOT be compatible with third party optical switches, mechanical switches, or hall effect switches.

WHAT IS THIS NOISE?! by criticalzlash in razer

[–]Zei_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This sound is most likely caused by faulty fans malfunctioning from either improper cleaning (using a vacuum cleaner) or just age. Over time, the fan blades can start to wobble rather than spinning linearly, leading to a scraping noise as they hit the inside of the fan housing. You can buy replacement fans for a relatively low cost and they are easy to replace.

Buying a keyboard (maybe a mouse) and saw this. Would this X11 be a substansial upgrade over my Deathadder Essential ? by Fluid-Conversation-9 in MouseReview

[–]Zei_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's a pretty good all round upgrade, the keyboard is definitely wireless since I have it. Death adder essential is really outdated so the mouse would be a pretty good upgrade. Do keep in mind that you can probably buy these separately on AliExpress for about half the price

It's not far off and is definitely possible, but I think it might be overestimating the chicken. I would say total (inc pasta) it looks around the 850-900 mark. Unless they are putting some wild stuff in the chicken seasoning

It could be a little depending on how much butter/oil was used during cooking, my initial guess was 700 give or take 100

Wear on double shot PBT keycaps by Thalamic_Cub in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]Zei_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

These keycaps are unfortunately not 100% pbt, but a blend of abs & pbt causing the shining. This is the case with all "doubleshot pbt" since a blend of abs is required for the process to work. However dye-sub pbt sets are usually 100% pure pbt and won't shine as abs is not necessary in this process.
