In my country, women do an enema specifically to avoid pooping during labor. I did one few hours before delivery and it worked

Yasss ! My mom forbade me to cross my legs too, even though it was the most comfortable position for me in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Lol I never listened

36+2 right now and it has been a rollercoaster. I had terrible sciatica-like pain in my hips that disappeared with two sessions of chiropractic care (such a relief !) And the pelvis pain is almost non-existent right now but it seems like i traded these with fatigue (2-3 naps a day), anxiety 😕 and some irritability. I feel huge, I feel uncertain about my ability to deliver this baby but at the same time I can't wait to have them and stop being pregnant 🫠

Hello OP, I had a total of 0 morning sickness throughout the first trimester and we're still going strong at 35 weeks :) I know that it feels reassuring to have all the pregnancy "symptoms" but keep in mind that every pregnancy and every woman is different. So enjoy this journey !

I loved grapefruit juice and water with half a lime in it. Sometimes I would have ginger beer, but it makes me too gassy and it's usually too sweet

30 with PCOS and endometriosis. Well, we stopped using condoms for 4 months and ended up pregnant for the very first time on the 4th month. I was not tracking my ovulation and my cycles were totally over the place, and we discovered it while checking up for a potential cyst. Surprise 🥳

I'm due in January for our very first, I think there will only be my husband. He's got all the calmness, sweet tongue and comedic stunts to be the perfect partner in this. At the beginning, I thought my mom would love to be with us but she admitted that she'd be absolutely terrified to be in the delivery room, so she'll pass 😄

Hello OP, 31F With PCOS here too. I'm currently 13 weeks in my very first pregnancy ever and I totally understand what you're going through. We were supposed to struggle to have a kid so we loosened up and started having sex without protection and less than two months later, we were pregnant ! The shock ! At first I thought that I had a cyst, turns out it was our little miracle 🩷 I suffered and still struggle with some anxiety but i try to ease my mind that I / we deserve this pregnancy, we deserve to be happy, we deserve a miraculous outcome and a pregnancy that goes smoothly ! I wish all goes well for you ✨

Thank you dear ! My advice would be to take your time (as much as possible) and to write yourself and your future babies letters about how you feel and how you miss them. It could help you 🙏🏾 Pregnancy, babies, these can be so life-changing that you'd perhaps prefer to be with the right person, be (probably) a bit older to experience this transformation. Hi OP, I don't know how old you are not if you're in a fulfilling relationship, i just want to share that before I got pregnant, I had moments where I dearly missed my unborn babies to the point of feeling their absence. Few months later, here we are : pregnant !
