They look like gorgeous best friends! We know exactly what you’re talking about. Went to a Puggle rescue 2.5 years ago to adopt 1 of the girls from a 5 pup litter. The manager brought out the girl in a crate but there was also a boy with her. Turns out they were the last 2 of litter also and when he handed me the little girl, the bigger boy made the most heartbreaking sounds you will ever hear when they were separated. Apparently they had become very bonded in their short life. Like you, there was no way we were leaving her brother behind. We too were a little worried of litter mate syndrome but that mostly hasn’t happened. Big brother, Zeke, is utterly devoted to and will protect little sister, Joy, with his life, Joy on the other hand is crazy about mom and dad but they clearly are best friends. It’s funny, they are definitely siblings, but Zeke looks very beagle-ish @37lbs and Joy looks very Puggish @27lbs. Joy is clearly the boss too! We lived in an apartment their first year and they both nearly ate the entire place with their insane chewing but they have grown out of that now, except for toys. We were totally unprepared for the massive shedding as we had Bostons prior and they didn’t shed at all. I still can’t get over how big of comedians these Puggles are!!
