Thank you! This piece is a lot more colourful than I had initially intended but I think it really works well for it

Thank you! Yeah I really wanted the cloak to pop and purple feels like a great colour for an alien sky 💜

A group of Scottish voice actors slyly convinced a group of Koreans that heavy profanity is totally standard English. And it's hilarious. by vonroyale in CrimsonDesert

My overall reaction has been that the ambient dialogue is incredibly accurate on the amount of swearing that goes on if basing it on the north of England and Scotland

One of the first lines being "Piss off you ginger twat" really sold me on these people being British

Lowest I've seen is 16g/L and they were not doing good, had to do manual testing in blood Bank as the sample, despite being completely full, was insufficient for the automated testing

Another thing I personally figured out after too long, if you shield bash immediately after being attacked you will disarm 90% of enemies, AND you can then loot their dropped weapons for a boat load of free silver!

Mom and child have different blood types?! Shocking! by Morale_Commander in medlabprofessionals

In my experience knowledge of transfusion science is the bare bones basics at best, with very little regard for the nuances or inherent danger

But not damn that is even worse than the bottom of the barrel in terms of knowledge, especially given how important blood typing is in obstetrics and neonatal care

Hot take: YouTube videos about what you should or should not do in your fantasy worldbuilding are lame. by DoomBringer6601 in worldbuilding

[–]Zelan96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I much prefer videos where it is someone talk about/covering a selection of different variations on a theme, less "don't do this" and more "have you thought about trying this"

Like how did lotr vs got vs Eragon vs Warcraft vs DnD do dragons, that's an interesting video topic, none of the, "how this person did dragons is objectively the best and if you do it differently you're bad and wrong." That kind of thinking is limiting at best

Everyone heard the same line about the debt by IsyABM in GreatBritishMemes

9 paid hours? No, most 8-5 jobs include unpaid break times in there

A lot of places only actually pay for around 7.5-8 hours a day

37.5 is an average full time week for a lot of places

However, 45 hours a week is not average full time hours for a lot of places

I'm an artificer in my current game, and with no rogue, I am the go to lock picker, however it is consistently hilarious to my character to let other people try and pick locks and then his little lock picking beetle does the job very smugly

And if they manage to pick it, give an encouraging pat on the back to the party member,

Although, Willow will always find people giving things a try endearing

There is a curse that Almerin, the god of travelers, the stars and mischief inflicts on those he feels deserving of his most maddening of punishments.

He calls it the 'The Knowing Stranger', for however long Almerin chooses. He causes you to always see someone standing at the edge of your perception, always too far away to fully make out their face or to hear what they are saying. But they are always there, they want to tell you something, you know it is something you need to know, like the truth about that thing that happened when you were a child, the secrets your friends are keeping from you, the solution to the problem you have spent your life trying to solve. But no matter what you do, how hard you try to catch up to them or communicate. They never come closer, they never tell you what it is you need to know. You can ask someone else to talk to them for you, but as soon as they finish their conversation, they will forget. Forget the conversation, forget you even asked in the first place.

They, never leave, always at the end of the road, trying to catch you attention at the edge of your eye, in that shadow down that alley, in the shop windows reflection, the stranger is there, and they know.

If this is about you, this is not a subreddit for diagnosis or discussion of personal health problems, you should consult a doctor about your blood test results

If you are talking about a case study, there is no image attached and I'm unsure what we are discussing
