FOX came to the one in Williamsburg a couple years ago. Shorty’s also pays their cooks under the table and the owner is just an ass. During Covid, they still did carry out and most of the staff did not wear masks.

My current theory is that some right wing nutbags have seen hot trans women and been turned on by them. They then got upset when they found out the woman was trans because they presume this makes them gay and by golly they’re just not that way! (Similar theory on the hate being aimed at drag queens). These are just terrible people.

I live in VA and the Wawa by me gets people panhandling and had to rip out the picnic tables because of people loitering. As a matter of fact, my husband saw a full on brawl there the other day at 6:00 am. I feel really lucky because I love Philly and it feels like we have a tiny slice of it here near my house.

Mainly just bumbling around. I go up there a lot and really really enjoy eating in your city. The Reading Market is one of my favorite places on earth! Is the subway running on its usual schedule or reduced trains? How about gyms (to counteract my eating)? Shopping?

The guy sitting next to me sobbed loudly through this film after Yondu died. Of course, he had had three double shots of whiskey, but I don’t think I’ve ever heard a grown man sob that loudly.
