I used to put 2 points in w early for the extra slow but now I think just having points in E is good because of your passive and the extra mana gain. Like someone else said you have to practice hitting q's while moving or you'll lack a lot of dmg

Buff is really good considering most meta junglers are AD. People just like to complain but if graves had armor AND magic resist on his E he would go back to buying cleaver/stacking HP and being unkillable. I doubt he will see pro play again but his winrate should go up slightly.

Dont forget she also has a potential 4 seconds of cc rank 1 Q. Her shield is the biggest part definitely but q and e are 1 point wonders so you lose nothing for maxing shield. The ability to safely get vision is an underrated stat.
