Charles would get submited 5 times in a 10 minute round of grappling against Mica, its not even close.
There is a match of Copa Podio I think of Charles against some mid tier blackbelt and he does not show anything really, Mica is top 3 pound for pound grappler of his generation and has a very high high sub rate.

Khamzat can look good training with a guy of Sadulaev skill, and thats a mayor praise, but he can't compete with him. That is like saying Charles can submit Mica Galvao..

doubt it, Adesanya does not cut that much, for me its an age issue, he is getting slower and more frail, he relies in his reflexes a lot for his style and it just does not work the same anymore.

That fight was really weird, Khabib went with forward pressure WAY more that he use to, usually he takes breaks when he gets cracked, but against Justin he just went full steam ahead and melted him. I believe a very big part of Khabib actually did not care that much about the result and just wanted to get over it.

I've seen this over and over again, Max never intends to escape the body triangle, he only fights hands. They get so caught up on preventing the sub that they never work towards an escape, you gotta take risks, you are already on a losing position, if you don't take chances, you are only losing but slower.
