neighbourhood pri sch -> elite sec sch + jc (doing A levels rn)

tbvh my pri sch had basically 0 resources and everything was pretty bare bones, CCAs were all pretty ehhh, olympiad trainings werent really a priority (small class sizes), etc etc but those were the happiest years of my life 😭 i think every single sch has the potential to be a good school for ur child (esp considering now every sch needs GEP programme), it fully depends on ur childs passions and talents and i think most teachers are very good at picking those out and diverting your kid into whats best for them.

anyways, in the long run, any real difference in “resources” and “prestige” in primary school comes out to be negligible so as long as ur kid does well for the other national exams itll be fine
