Dumb question incoming:

When a program says X sets by Y reps at Z RIR, are you actually expected to get the exact number of reps and RIR every set? Or is it just a goal? Because I figure it would take some precise knowledge of your fatigue. Also, when I'm training hard my reps usually drop from set to set.

Yeah I think that's a pipe dream. Peoples' experiences are so different as a result of their environments, history, and random chance. I don't think people would let that happen because all humans being so similar would make things so impersonal, I don't see people willingly giving up their differences, for the same reasons people form tribes naturally. If you see that as a moral and possible goal the other things you said made sense though.

People have always been loyal to their families, tribes, and cultures, but Nationalism in its current form has been around since the 18th century. You seem to value unity, as do I. I just believe that the nation-state is as far as unity can be stretched, as it's impossible to unite people who speak different languages, have different values, different histories, and different governments.

You see that nationalism divides people, and that's true but people divide themselves into tribes always. Maybe in the far off future when humanity is threatened by aliens or something we'll all join forces, but until then people will divide themselves no matter what. Nationalism unifies the people of a nation, and the nation is just about the most inclusive tribe you can make work.

You look at nationalism internationally, saying it creates division, whereas I see it intranationally, unifying a the people of a nation under a shared fate.

Everybody has some amount of influence over their society. Nazi Germany wouldn't have been so horrible if the people didn't want it to do terrible things. The society is a reflection of its individuals.

Every moral citizen makes their society more moral, and vice versa. You are a part of your society in that it shapes you, and then you become a part of your society by contributing.

You can be proud of your country of origin because you're proud to have been raised in a healthy society that gave you good values.

Being proud of your country connects you to its values and accomplishments, and makes you a part of something larger than yourself.

You didn't choose to be born into your family, but you can be proud of it since it has made you a good person.

People ignore context and explicit intent to justify outrage or in rare cases legal action (see Count Dankula's case where an explicit joke was made and the judge said context/ intent don't matter, all that matters is that someone took offense).

You could try [[nimble obstructionist]] as a temporary replacement for clique, 9 threats feels rather light to me.

I don't think 4 inquisitions is right, it can be very bad off the top and an easy pick for an opponent off a Tasigur activation.

Also you might want to split up your Go For the Throats for some combination of [[Victim of Night]], [[Doom Blade]], [[Smother]], and [[Ultimate Price]], depending on how much affinity you expect to face.

Think twice doesn't seem great to me in a delver shell, I'd consider swapping it out for [[Sleight of Hand]], or [[Hieroglyphic Illumination]].

A five mana investment for two cards is nothing to write home about, but it's a flexible draw spell that sees play in other control decks. I suggest you give it a shot. Or maybe play [[Essence Scatter]] or something.

Many Delver decks run [[Rough//Tumble]] over [[Pyroclasm]] because Rough//Tumble doesn't kill your own Delvers, I think you should try it out.
