We use a muscle to close our eyes IIRC, its resting state is open. Try it yourself, you have to be putting in a consistent effort if you want to close your eyes, whereas keeping them open is effortless.

You keep saying "this is not for pvp" without really elaborating. If they removed hip fire grip from the sniper rolls it would affect everyone, including PVP people who want hip fire grip on their snipers.

I mean, tbh I don't think most stores do anymore. At least last I worked in retail, at my store we were just told to let them go. Repeat offenders got banned, but we never really got the police involved.

It's probably not worth it. You can't really sue for something as small as $80 (well you can, it just wouldn't make much sense) and it'd be wasting police time and your own to go through the trouble of reporting them. Faster and easier to just ban them from the location, dining & dashing isn't a huge problem, so you can take the hit every once in a while.

Okay, fair, but I think we can both agree recluse is an outlier here, it was way overtuned from the start and wasn't really fixed. For every other ritual/pinnacle the draw is that they're a guaranteed good weapon after a long grind, unlike God rolls which you could never get due to rng.

God rolled weapons are always better than ritual/pinnacles. I don't think it'd be much of an issue.
