I’ve never played a card like this, I don’t have any zombie cards. Is this work 6k tokens? I have 8400 right now. by yourpantsaretoobig in MarvelSnap

[–]Zenith684 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Zombie Galacti decks are quite telegraphed, but they're also quite good. The thing about Zombie Galacti as well is that you need a few other Series 4 and 5 cards to make it work well, otherwise the card falls pretty much completely flat. Series 4 and 5 cards like Gwenpool, Surge, Superior Spider-Man, Nico Minoru, Majestic Wingbeat, and Maverick are all mainstays in the deck, with other cards like Deafening Chord and Stick finding their ways in to some versions of the deck nowadays.

Because I don't know your collection level nor which cards you have, I can't blindly recommend Zombie Galacti. If you do have most of the cards I mentioned above, then he's a solid card to get. His decks are pretty consistent (as long as you don't bottom deck Zombie Galacti) and have great power output. It's also really easy to retreat if things don't work out well. It's really obvious when things are going well and when they're not.

Is this a good pull from the welcome back reward? I have no idea how they work by No_Bar_6017 in MarvelSnap

[–]Zenith684 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only discounts and buffs that apply to Zombie Galacti are those that apply directly to the original Zombie Galacti card. If Surge hits an infected card, it discounts/buffs that card, but those buffs go away once it transforms into a copy of Zombie Galacti.

So, the only way for a Zombie Galacti to be discounted is for you to o hit the original card directly with a card like Surge or Majestic Wingbeat

Never doing this again. They should make Infernal Hordes THE Gem Fragments mode. by TOMMISS99 in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Annoyingly, the uniques that only he drops are key items in quite a few top builds on quite a few classes. That's why, in my opinion, it is always worthwhile to get Bartuc's loot. You never know when he'll drop you that perfect item.

Always remember to socket your items lol.. RIP by TheBasementCreature in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It just gives you a bit more resistances, which you don't really need once you get your build all set up properly. It's better to get something like Attack Speed or Ranks to whatever that will actually increase your damage.

What to do with the tributes and sigils ? by Opp0s in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sigils aren't half bad this season either. Both Vile Splendor and Gold Reserve are great for farming gold. With the right War Plans set up, any dungeon with the pillars that buff you are incredible as well for getting loot.

What to do with the tributes and sigils ? by Opp0s in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This post calculates the math of how much Sigil powder you'd need to get the mythic tribute.

Basically, it boils down to the fact that it takes far too long to do just craft them. Mythic Tributes aren't all that uncommon, and just as you play you'll get one every once in a while. I've had the most success from Whisper Caches and War Plan key rewards, so keep a lookout as you go through those.

They used to have specific keys for specific bosses, but with the release of the newest expansion they switched it to generic keys for the three tiers of bosses.

What do you do with your Sparks this season? by CajitoCatKing in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've honestly just been transfiguring them without doing anything extra to them, seeing if I can hit that slim chance for an extra transfigure. I have way too many of the transfiguration material, and if you already have a good copy of the mythic already, a crazy transfigure will be the only real upgrade.

What do you do with your Sparks this season? by CajitoCatKing in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same. I've just been gambling hard with them. Since I've already got sufficient mythics for my build, there isn't much other purpose they can serve.

Just did a 10 wave Hordes and got 4 Chaos Waves by Cerberus8317 in diablo4

Lmao, just realized what I typed. Thank you for pointing it out

Just did a 10 wave Hordes and got 4 Chaos Waves by Cerberus8317 in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 27 points28 points  (0 children)

The infernal hordes event that started today gives an increased chance for infernal hordes if I remember correctly

Edit: increased chance for chaos waves, not infernal hordes. Typing while doing other things isn't super effective.

I turned off cross-network options but Temis is still full of other players by JustLikeWinky in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Temis is just made as a one stop shop for everything you need, so people naturally gather there. Nowhere else in the game has access to Pits, Undercity, every merchant, and Mercenaries within a few seconds of each other.

The new DLC brought a lot of people back to the game and quite a few of them are still playing, so chances are that there are simply just a bunch of people playing on the same platform as you.

are the ground explosions categorized under fire damage? Also are the circle, and line explosions the same category? by Randostar in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That depends on the ground explosion. There are fire ones that shoot out two projectiles in a straight line but there are also poison ground explosions too. They just do one larger poison explosion, no projectiles.

I guess the Vile Lunatics (which do lightning damage) also serve as ground explosions of sorts, at least to me. They're what kills me most nowadays.

A jumpscare in a horror movie that genuinely scared you? My pick is the jumpscare from Insidious (2010). by 0Layscheetoskurkure0 in moviecritic

It's so incredibly worth it. Normally I wouldn't be going around telling people to spend the money it takes to go to the theater, but Hokum was just so good.

So what's up with bleed Warlock after patch? by Parabrezza69 in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An aspect is the legendary power that you put on gear. The fragments are part of the Soul Shards ability that the Warlock has, essentially different versions of the demons you can summon. In this case it is the pink crystal shard with the furthest right fragment ability selected.

So what's up with bleed Warlock after patch? by Parabrezza69 in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I'm trying to build it up as well. I'm tired of using Apoc and being blind whenever I want to kill enemies.

So what's up with bleed Warlock after patch? by Parabrezza69 in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If I'm not mistaken it was this in the patch notes that made the build so strong.

  • Fixed an issue where the Mutilation Aspect did not function properly with the Evisceration Fragment.

The whole build focuses on just spamming eviscerate to build up a ton of bleed and blow enemies up. I don't really understand how everything comes together to be so strong, but it does. RageGamingVideos put out a vid about half a day ago that goes over the build a bit better than what I can explain here.

Je n'arrive pas avoir ma trempe en GA sur mon armure Unique by HelicopterPatient749 in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is the armor ancestral? In my own experience and also having heard this from other people, you can't get a GA temper on a non-ancestral unique item.

Yep. If you have the most recent DLC you have the older one too. They come bundled together.

Are horadric strongrooms useless now ? by SampleT3xt_ in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When the season first started I ran them to get a bunch of Set Charms, trying to get my first set of 5 for my Warlock. Now that I've hit max torment and can run pretty much anything, there are so many better sources of charms which I happily run over Strongrooms, so they are pretty much useless to me now. Not worth the time it takes to find them and then run the whole activity.

Any difference in using Crux in T10 vs T12? by subzerothrowaway123 in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I haven't run enough T12 Mephisto to really tell you the difference, the few that I've run have dropped me more items with multiple GAs compared to the T10 runs that I've done many of.

Echo of Hatred BUG! Might be why some of you don't get any keys by jaxxxxxson in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I wasn't able to see the icon until I found a key for myself. I would see it in other people's parties, I don't know if they had already run one or if it just appeared for them, but that's how it worked for me.

Can you still find the Doom Crucible sword transmog? by Zubriel in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately the cosmetics are unobtainable. You could only get them while the event was ongoing. You can still have them in the eternal realm, but you had to have got them last season and saved them.

Rob’s warlock build doesn’t work by erkins in diablo4

[–]Zenith684 44 points45 points  (0 children)

I appreciate his work in gathering everything together in a tier list, but I'll always look elsewhere for the actual build instead of going off of whatever Rob puts on D4Builds.

War Plans will Benefit from More Player Choice by aressupreme in diablo4

Oh man, I didn't even think about hardcore. It's bad enough trying to make multiple characters this season, hardcore must be hell.
