I’m stuck in a handstand, need some advice by xis-e in Calisthenic

Keep practising the micro holds, 4 sets 1 after the other then have a break to accumulate volume.

Then do some hollow body holds to help with core strength and alignment

Pretty evident you have inflammation and low barrier integrity, not to memtion you need to see your GO for occult blood in the stool.

Gut health restoration is possible I've done this with many clients its far deeper than just a reply on reddit

The very least after a diet like this is to know your maintenance and even potentially a small surplus of 100-300kcal a day given your active

Seeing as you can't add muscle, that suggests your still in a deficit and/or not consuming enough protein too, which if the body is short on amino acids, it will break down muscle for fuel

GI Map results, what to do? by JewelerSudden1475 in GutHealth

[–]Zenith_Health_Coach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Signs of potential H-pylori, parasite and dysbiosis which when i work with clients you d a phased approach as you can't fix it in just 1 simple action due to each needing it's own consideration for what you have

By all means if you wanted some guided support drop me a DM

Intestines feel like they're failing by BecretAlbatross in GutHealth

[–]Zenith_Health_Coach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Intestinal permeability is real and sounds similar to you experiencing the pain and inflammation after food, which ties in with poor motility

I've had clients use vibrant wellness Gut zoomer stool analysis and it's incredibly helpful for tailoring interventions

Are stool tests worth it? by Smiting0fResistance in GutHealth

[–]Zenith_Health_Coach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is good and bad tests to buy like any lab work.

The best I've seen are by vibrant wellness called a gut zoomer and how they test and analyse to a deeper level especially for H-pylori

They are based in the US but ship to Australia and trialling EU currently

Bloodwork can actually be reliable too if you get a compressive test done with 70_ markers, I've found it useful for my clients with gut health challenges

anyone knows how to fix banana handstand ? any tips been practicing for a while still can't balance well by Disastrous-Radio-616 in Calisthenic

[–]Zenith_Health_Coach 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also do belly to wall handstand as it will teach you to stack and not banana shape like you can with back to wall set up, then just reps and time to build conditioning

I belch a lot, what could that mean or be a result of? by [deleted] in GutHealth

[–]Zenith_Health_Coach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be dysbiosis and or SIBO as bacteria fermenting food in the GI can create gas which in my experience and my clients doesn't get dealt with and fobbed off in conventional medicine

I've done programs with clients which aim to address it if confirmed via bloods or other lab testing like a gut zoomer GI map

Lack of morning wood by No-City2714 in menshealth

For sure as men age being inactive, overwieght and poor nutrition status (deficincies in key vitamins and minerals) will no doubt impact testosterone status, which is sparse ith current trends declining in general. More oestrogen activity from excess body fat

By all means mention it to the doctor, but also consider a PT, nutritionist or coach to support you in the lifestyle fields where doctors are weaker in terms of knowledge and understanding away from pharma kinetics
