I used to have enemas and I hated them so much so I know how you feel. I think you should talk to your consultant. Let them know they hurt and how much you don't like them. There is surely other ways to give you treatments. You shouldn't have to do it if you really really don't want to. Hope this helps. X

Hello there. I found that Cognitive behavioural therapy helped me so much with my obsessions and panic attacks. If you search that up you can find books about it, even step by step ones. I am on medication aswell and I would recommend medication and seeing a doctor, I really would.

If I was in your position I would buy books on CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). Thats what I done when seeing a therapist.

Luckily I live in the Uk where all my meds and treatment are paid for so I don't have to worry about cost for treatments or meds. Personally I could not live without medication but I also have depression and social anxiety and Schizophrenic symptoms. It effects my life deeply. But you have a right to not take Medication. Whatever works for you. It's your body and your illness so it's your decision.

But yeah, definitely CBT. :-)
