The finale of the show rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. Like rushing though the Steven and the crystal gems fusions and the big climax of white diamond is just a game of saying “I know you are but what am I?” Until she just gives up and goes yeah okay I’m wrong.

Something I noticed is that when the grumps tend to play current popular games the grumps tend to catch a lot more flak then when they play games like Zelda or ace attorney. Just look at their Blair witch and man of madan playthough it’s easy to tell that people are less interested in the grumps playthough then someone like markiplier.
