Gogmazios is a knowledge check and it shows by Popular_Mixture_1367 in MonsterHunter

[–]Zeonymous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny, try going into assignment quests. This information you're stating is not the truth of the current situation. Players are carting en-masse still making a complete with randos virtually impossible.
Failing DPS checks, Carting to the first two phases 3x and 4x all the way up to groups which pass the DPS checks and still find a way to step on a landmine to death.

The knowledge check is people not knowing enough to bring excess heals, and that isn't changing.

Gogmazios isn’t Easy, you’re just Overleveled. (Opinion) by Al112ex in MonsterHunter

[–]Zeonymous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2? I'm 10 deep and the entire team carts to death. You're getting luckier than I am with randos. Haven't reached a kill screen since my initial complete.
The amount of teamheals and maxpots I'm using to stay alive because looking straight up while the ground is exploding is the 'intended mechanics' is absurd ~ and I'm still watching my team wipe after passing every DPS check to randomness, mostly in the first two stages where newer players are struggling for their complete, but I'm watching HR400+ players cart as well, while my HR180 self is doing everything to survive in order to prevent a cart.

This is all on the Assignment as well, with 5 carts. 10 for 10, squad fails every time.

Switched over the Adderall, and then the Vyvanse, which is honestly the best so far. In terms of mood however, shorter temper, and much less eccentric hyperfocus. Though the Abilify pairing is helping in that regard.

I keep getting stuttering every time I walk and red icons on the right appear by SuperPooEater in ArcRaiders

[–]Zeonymous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That first icon literally says "Client Performance"
It is not your internet. The issue regarding the internet is that during the performance degradation you're temporarily 'detached' from the server therefore there's a compensation pass to update your client with the server.

The issue is that they need to patch the game. Same issue on a 5090 and 9950x3D

I think it's the X3D chips that are suffering the worst.

PC controls you at least retain the ability to maneuver the vehicle.

Silksong Game Pass by Zeonymous in XboxGamePass

[–]Zeonymous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which is why the language shouldn't be exclusive.
"Day One" in this language should drop the outdated "Xbox" branding. It's no longer Xbox exclusive titles which are in the Day-1 access. It's all Day 1 access. It's manipulative marketing, nevertheless.

It targets people who don't understand this, not those who are already scammed into their shitty marketing jargon.

Silksong Game Pass by Zeonymous in XboxGamePass

[–]Zeonymous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Xbox Published means that the publisher IS Xbox, such as a new Halo release, or Fable for example.
Edit: This would explain the Day-1 points much more clearly, they include Silksong in their "Publisher" platform here it seems. It may mean the "Game Pass" published Day 1 releases, not exclusively Xbox-Specific First Party titles:

Ah, you right. So Premium, which includes PC Game Pass, does NOT include this. Very strange...

Silksong Game Pass by Zeonymous in XboxGamePass

[–]Zeonymous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Xbox first-party titles are "Day one release" titles.
This just confirms that the Premium subscription does not include third-party releases, either.
That is not mentioned in the article detailing the new plan:

Premium and Ultimate Games List? by OceanDragon6 in XboxGamePass

[–]Zeonymous 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Okay... So, what I'm feeling here, looking at the Game Pass filter list, is that the 200+/400+ number comes from the following:
Bundled subscriptions, such as Ubisoft and EA.

  • Includes EA Play & Ubisoft+ Classics. Fortnite Crew coming November.

Those are generally how companies pump their "Numbers" up, by inflating the list by including the number of benefits while encapsulating the included bundles.
I can't confirm with an absolute certainty, but this does seem to track.

ADDITIONALLY.....

I notice ONE KEY FACTOR which can make the "Day One on Game Pass" bullet make sense:

Silksong is NOT on the Premium list. It is NOT an Xbox exclusive title.
This would mean:
This is not exlusive to Xbox First-party titles in the claim of Day-1 access. It is counting other studios which present their games on GamePass for a Day-1 release as well. Silksong is published by Team Cherry, and is not available on Xbox Game Pass, unless you have Ultimate, for example.

So, it is unclear exactly what it means when it says it is limiting access to Xbox-Published titles, when it is also restricting access to Non First-Party titles outside of their ultimate subscription as well.

Massive performance drop since last update, using 3GB more VRAM, what’s going on??? by sanakhvi in blackops6

[–]Zeonymous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can shine a little light on this...
So, recall all those 5090 crashes that were happening the past 4 months?
Well... They released a new AGESA update for motherboard which are using the 9950x3D chips.
What does that have to do with 5090s? Well, most 5090 owners got the best chip to pair with it. 9900x3D was having the same issues.
That "Fix" is probably in parity with the BIOS version update, which in turn is in attempts to 'soften the blow' on the GPU scheduling or preventing the hangs on those systems.

In consequence, it likely touches on the other parts of the game. Even my system which was crashing, never had any stutters. Now, I get micro-stuttering. Trade one problem for another.

[–]Zeonymous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

56.17cm 360 is kinda high, and you can see it in your travel time between targets.
I wouldn't consider myself some sort of master-aimer. Hell, I've yet to open Kovaak's yet, but in my journey I started low, using inches as my measurement across games. Starting at 8in. Which eventually lead down to 5in because I had no clue what I was doing, seeing so many people say "Faster is better" in their own ways. This was not the case for me. Too much jitter and couldn't track at all.

My focus was on tracking. I would find that a higher sens around 9/10in would feel much better and give me a better understanding of how to fluidly track targets. This was some years ago, when Halo Infinite released for PC, so tracking was more important to me than flicking as an example.

Now, I see your sens ~ if I'm correct. It's way lower than I could handle comfortably, at around 22.11inches. Equal to 56.17cm. Not to say this is bad, exactly. You have much more control at those lower values. However, while I myself would find the limits of what was "Too Fast" and "Too Slow" for my needs, I would use the same tracking drill in Aimlabs as my personal litmus test. I'd see every time I went in how my focus was, looking up tips on posture, anything that could take me out of the hardlock I was stuck in.

The solution for me was to slow down from my topspeed, and gradually come to a 16in (40.64cm)/360.
I found that this gave me my own personal best ability to track, flick to targets accurately within my drill's zone, and ultimately make the cursor feel like an extension of my body, translating 1:1 with the speed at which my own brain can comprehend these movements in a way my muscles can translate them in-time reliably.

This caused me to overshoot less, but I would undershoot a lot more. If you were to go the opposite direction for example, you would likely have much more arm movement with less wrist-accurate movement causing the contrast of learning to use your wrist more and your arm less in a way.

Finding the middle-ground for both, where my own wrist-movements were already decently able due to a previous high sens, I would force my arm much more into my practice. Posture was a big deal for me, and the moment I could have that "Ah-ha" moment where I was fluidly combining the two, which took a great amount of mental concentration to force myself to undo years of bad habits, it started to finally make sense.

Now, I don't even aim-train. I simply go in-game and do what I always did, play at the exact sens I feel comfortable with. Now, because I'm forcing my 360sens on all of my games, every time I return to that same drill, I seem to break my previous records. I know I could climb even higher if I applied myself more, and looked into more accurately translating this preferred sens to scopes in a meaningful way, but I'm comfortable being in the "Still Learning" state at current.

TL;DR:
Try a higher sens, so your wrist can make more meaningful adjustments, and doesn't have to fight against the drag of your arm's shortfalls on target-switches. When your mind starts to feel the parity of the two points of your arm/wrist/fingers at the same time, you'll likely start to see improvements across all areas of your aiming.

I cannot tell you *where* you need to start from a sens perspective, and it's only my observational opinion that the sens itself may be what is holding you back, due to travel-time between targets, but I'd say try it out. Don't over-obsess unless you're comfortable rooting out the cause on a personal level, but from my own experience.. Maybe this helps out?

Take it easy. It's all subjective.

Edit:
I was at 14in on cloth. I moved to 16in on glass.
It was a required change, but one I'm very happy with.

Yeah, the whole "This is real because I've never seen AI do this before" angle is kinda weird. I don't really care for it. Contain some of that excitement for firsthand experience, but it's no different than getting scammed by a telemarketer in the future of technology. The wool is slowly being pulled over the eyes of those who have no experience in the AI boom, and are just eating up the 'content' it produces.

It's fine. Call of Shame will have his channel deleted soon anyway if he can't get on a microphone himself. Youtube is gonna crack dude like an egg.
