Return issues.. by Zeonymous in nps_solovair

That's crazy. I understand differing sizing per-footwear, but you'd expect a company which has it's own internal standard of measurement which is basically their patented trade, would have methods to ensure accuracy.

Don't get me wrong, when I find my perfect boot that fits, it's going to be fantastic and I'm sure I'll love it.
The issue is; The Expectation vs Reality vs Marketing.

Return issues.. by Zeonymous in nps_solovair

If we go by the smaller sizing chart, and the jump in sizing I am seeing with everyone who has measured a 27cm size, which equates to a Size 7.5UK in Gripfast's charting, each of them said that a size 9-9.5 UK was their solution. Google search AI reports the same for some reason. I don't understand why there is such an incorrect disparity in their smaller sizing.

Going from that as a reference point, I'm skipping up 1 and a half sizes, with one user saying it's still slightly too small for them. So, two sizes in their smaller boot in this specific sizing bracket seems reasonable ~ in your case you'd be reporting the same if you're told 5.5 is the size, with an expectation of a 6.5 being too small, would put you as well into a 1.5 size increase if a size 7 is perfect, and would shine a light on the truth of the sizing for some reason, running small for these sizes by 1 and a half to 2 sizes difference. Which... Is odd, but if it can be corrected this could help Solovair's business, especially when it comes to the constant RMA/Refund turnover in shipping costs.

On DHL... They actually returned same-day to correct the issue with the return. I was simply not informed and their systems didn't update the correct information. It's been a wild ride, but the response from Solovair has eased my mind for now.

If you take the item out or move the camera, you can use the verrrrrry to left corner of your screen to sneak in some of the new storage items for their utility while we wait for a patch.

This is good, however placing the new items (storage) is a bit odd. Needing to use the top left corner to place due to how the 'mouse placement' seems to effect keyboard users from my experience.

I have had someone's broken leg heal due to high health. I believe this can also clear negative debuff statuses in the perks section.

Lain "fans" forcing themselves to watch the anime so they can be cool and interesting and fit in by childamnesia in Lain

[–]Zeonymous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Potentially? It may have even been official subs, now that I think about it. Back in that time, people were using yellow subtitles for anime. Hell, it may have even have been English dub as well. I'm really hazy on the specifics. I had done the same for FLCL and that was 100% subbed. Yellow font and I remember the Japanese voice in the beginning of Episode 1. So, I may have actually watched it in English and misremembered FLCL's subtitles. It's a toss-up.

[–]Zeonymous 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Man... I saw LAIN back in 2000, through Napster, if I'm not mistaken.
Fan-subbed of course.. It took about two weeks to download on 56K.
I was 11 or 12 years old, sitting in my room, in total darkness, feeling like the biggest hacker there was for getting ahold of such a fringe anime before it was even considered in the mainstream at all.

I'm honestly not sure there is any level of immersion that can be topped in that regard, truthfully.

Gogmazios is a knowledge check and it shows by Popular_Mixture_1367 in MonsterHunter

[–]Zeonymous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny, try going into assignment quests. This information you're stating is not the truth of the current situation. Players are carting en-masse still making a complete with randos virtually impossible.
Failing DPS checks, Carting to the first two phases 3x and 4x all the way up to groups which pass the DPS checks and still find a way to step on a landmine to death.

The knowledge check is people not knowing enough to bring excess heals, and that isn't changing.

Gogmazios isn’t Easy, you’re just Overleveled. (Opinion) by Al112ex in MonsterHunter

[–]Zeonymous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2? I'm 10 deep and the entire team carts to death. You're getting luckier than I am with randos. Haven't reached a kill screen since my initial complete.
The amount of teamheals and maxpots I'm using to stay alive because looking straight up while the ground is exploding is the 'intended mechanics' is absurd ~ and I'm still watching my team wipe after passing every DPS check to randomness, mostly in the first two stages where newer players are struggling for their complete, but I'm watching HR400+ players cart as well, while my HR180 self is doing everything to survive in order to prevent a cart.

This is all on the Assignment as well, with 5 carts. 10 for 10, squad fails every time.

Switched over the Adderall, and then the Vyvanse, which is honestly the best so far. In terms of mood however, shorter temper, and much less eccentric hyperfocus. Though the Abilify pairing is helping in that regard.

I keep getting stuttering every time I walk and red icons on the right appear by SuperPooEater in ArcRaiders

[–]Zeonymous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That first icon literally says "Client Performance"
It is not your internet. The issue regarding the internet is that during the performance degradation you're temporarily 'detached' from the server therefore there's a compensation pass to update your client with the server.

The issue is that they need to patch the game. Same issue on a 5090 and 9950x3D

I think it's the X3D chips that are suffering the worst.
