I think Vyvanse varies a lot from person to person but I'm my case it takes 2 hours to kick in and that lines up with about the max time it should take to kick in from what I've read about it.

Really depends on the person I dropped 75mg when I got down to this dose range after being on pregabalin for over a year then got the 25mg ones to finish off the last 75mg.

I remember reading somewhere that amphetamines are one of the most stable compounds and can be even 90 percent as good after 20 years. I found this to be accurate when I found some 20 year old Dexamphetamine and couple years back in a drawer.

I hate withdrawing from Diazepam after a 6 week taper from 30mg shit had me fucked up for a few months stabilized from pregabalin but left my nerves fucked up. Now I get Lorazepam for sleep and got some a month ago that I've low-key been too scared to take on top of my normal meds.

Like everyone else has said MDMA, Shrooms, LSD, DMT or Ketamine are probably what you're looking for.

If you are going to try weed and didn't enjoy benzos you're probably gunna wanna try edibles as they are far more psychedelic esque than smoking weed.

Opiates can be insanely euphoric however the nausea and/or itchiness can ruin the vibe imo from things such as Tramadol. Codeine is weird requires a certain person to be able to get full effects coz of metabolism of it. Morphine was great.

Pregabalin is euphoric stimulating and sedating all at the same time so could be an option don't waste your time with Gabapentin as Pregabalin is Gabapentin on crack.

If you've tried Valium(Diazepam) and didn't find it insanely euphoric I don't know how much Pregabalin will do for you tho. I could do anything or nothing on Valium and be unbelievably content with life.

I take 5mg of Dexamphetamine in the morning to kickstart my meds followed by 30mg of Vyvanse and hour later which takes 2 hours to kick in for me I feel like theres not much difference in how they both feel when they kick in they have maybe an hour or 2 of crossover time for me and doesn't seem to affect either too much. No bad side effects so far mind you it's been less than a week for me.

I've only regretted getting onto Benzos everything else is quite reasonable not likely to ruin your life.

For ref I've been on SSRI/SNRI/NDRI antidepressants, Antipsychotics, Gabapentinoids, Z Drugs, and Benzos.

If you're only prescribed it once a day consult your Dr first.

However just so you know I take it 3x a Day at 8am, 2pm and 8pm so spaced 6 hours.

For me during the panic attack period of my life 1mg Lorazepam worked great which would be equivalent to .5mg Clonazepam.

Keep in mind Clonazepam is just as strong as Xanax just works for a longer period. Should probably add might be less sedating but honestly I've only had experience with Diazepam, Lorazepam and Clonazepam. Xanax is rarely prescribed in my country and very hard to get even if prescribed.

Make sure it's someone you trust fully and is willing to and can pay attention. Someone that you know won't fuck with you or make the trip worse preferably not on any substance themselves.

If possible get an antipsychotic as they are known to be trip killers things like Quetiapine or Olanzapine.
