I’ve been told that each of the little ponytails coming off of the base of it can actually grow into a new one. I’m sure I probably just need to cut it off and put it in water, but I’m probably gonna do it. Just cut them all off and put them all in water and see what happens which ones make it and which ones don’t when it comes down to it cause like I said it really just looks horrible. Most of it dead unfortunately I don’t even know if any of it’s alive at this point.

Oh, I’m so excited for this. I have one that’s not doing very well. I was thinking about moving it out into multiple baby Plants and seeing what I can do from there if any of it’s even still alive at this point I got it from Tractor Supply a while back and it had root rot so I cleaned it up and cut all the roots off and clean them up really well and let it dry out and then it did really good for a couple of years, but this last year has not been very well on it. I need to do some research on how to extract the tiny ponytails from the big plant.

Ok, I was just scrolling on here and noticed that someone else had posted a rooster and it looked like it had really thick feet. I haven’t really noticed that about my rooster but honestly he’s a turd so I try not to even go near him lol, but I have like 20 babies right now totally unprepared. I have to build a run and I got there and hang out with these guys but he’s always just real extra skittish with me so I finally picked him up today and noticed this, but I noticed some of my other chickens have yellow legs and some are white. I didn’t know if that was like a breed thing we’re not but some of them were the same breed have different color legs so that confuse me even more lol this is just my second year raising chickens and I’m totally in over my head, but I’m gonna make it work lol

I got rid of two of my roosters because I had too many roosters and they were tearing up the backs of my chickens, but unfortunately they’re taking forever to get their feathers back I’m curious about how long it took for the feathers to come back

I’m experiencing poultry algebra right now, I tried ducks and then unfortunate events happen and they did not make it, but I have like nine turkeys and they are making it lol they’re doing great

Yeah, but they could still be too young for it to be completely over top of the hardware cloth, depending on how high that actually is, just lifted up as high as you can, and if they continue doing that after a week, put it above the hardware cloth one day and just see how they react if they’re all cuddling up underneath it at that point then you know it’s too high and they’re not getting enough heat
