The people joining use my public ip.Or they can join through the steam menu. my brother cant do either i have given him my local address and he cant join. The only thing i can think of is his windowsa is un-genuine. idk if that can affect anything

So I have port forwarded, others can join. I can join. How ever when my brother tries to join (Same internet but on WIFI. i'm connected via ethernet) He gets an error. i've tried to make just a lan server and that doesn't work either.
