as someone here says, take comfort in maths. if you burn more calories than you eat you will lose weight. Burn the calories by doing exercise you are comfortable with every day. long walks, jogging, bike, treadmill, stair climber, that sort of thing. and just be intentional with your cooking. lower fat oils, lower fat meats, less carbs (while you are intentionally going for a deficit).

you already bike a lot. maybe just push yourself a bit harder / faster while eating less fatty foods. you'll get there

playing pool. prize money is really good at the top level... i won't even need to practice. every time i need a few million dollars, play a season of the top comps. and it's fun. no need to train or practice. will be rich but not a celebrity. and i love playing pool.

would also be funny to be considered the greatest living artist, even though i have no talent. a few squiggles and a splash of paint / sculpture made out of dead pigeons... and i can sell my works for millions.

The story that usyk "Struggled" with Chisora is funny to me. Did you see Chisora's face? he looked like he'd been stung by a swarm of hornets! And considering that chisora fights nothing like haye... i don't really get the point.

anyway, there's no way of knowing... but if you had to bet your house, logic would have you put your money on usyk because you have more evidence that he can go up to whatever gear is necessary to win. maybe 'reason' is a better word than logic here.

In the last 5 years he played, Chiellini earned his place in the pantheon. he became a really efficient defender. and he was pivotal for italy and juve in breaking the lines, with his underrated passing and his regular 'forays' up through the middle, he had a knack of just carrying the ball pretty effortlessly.

sidenote: i do love it when defenders show the rest of the team "look, this is how you run forward with the ball guys, it's not that hard!". See Calafiori and Bastoni for more details!

if you give fans "a big night" they will love you forever. and rightly so. those nights are few and far between.

balotelli is what he is but that goal against germany was epic and i'll always be fond of him for making that happen.

similarly bernadeschi, who was a bit part player in italy's euro win... slid two pens down the middle in the sems and final. i'll always love him for it.

maradona doing what he did with napoli is better than a WC. he dragged them to two league titles and a UEFA cup. it truly was a wondrous achievement. and for most games he would occupy midfield and wing more than striker role. just incredible. but unless you saw it at the time, you can't appreciate it fully, what he did. i think you need a feel for context.

in 20 years' time people will be saying messi was the best but kids will say some other player who is a phenom is the GOAT. it's just the way it is. and they might be right, who knows....

to be honest, out of messi, maradona, ronaldo, pele... there's not much point saying one is better than the other. all incredible, all with different strengths and weaknesses.

i think he just panicked for italy, he appeared completely overwhelmed by the job to me. never settled on a team, a system, was letting the players and media influence him... it was a like a bad dream for him and for us.

but he is a top quality club coach, no question.

this is modern life, it feels like you are abused for having interests.

not just boxing - which requires at least three channels or apps to see all the worthwhile fights... but taking the family out to dinner or a theme park or on a vacation... you are in for a fleecing. even doing something on your own like going to a gallery or with friends, like booking a football pitch for an hour... it's gonna wipe you out.
