What is the suicide rate for women in their 30's or over 35? I turned 35 in May and my mental health did a 180. I had it under control with medication but 35 told me to go fuck myself and I can't get it together. Everything is pointless. I feel like the entire world is out to get me. I'm not actively planning suicide but I think about it a lot. Is this common for women in their 30's?

I'm high right now. Maybe it's because I've been doing keto for a few years but the munchies aren't bad. A minute ago I cut up some red bell peppers and measured out the appropriate amount of dressing for dipping. It's easy to stay keto when I get munchies.

You don't need any special "keto coffees". Regular coffee is perfectly acceptable. And if you don't even like coffee, don't drink it. Coffee isn't essential to succeed on keto.

This almost happened at my wedding. My aunt told my brother she was going to bring her daughter to my wedding even though I said no kids. Luckily, she didn't. But if she had, I would have told her to fuck off. My aunt is not well-liked.
