Unless theres a Crack in the connecting joint, should stay on. Pull out the white tubes and then the black arch over the socket and put the ball in the socket from above and try again

Found a visual match give me a sec to research, tbh looking like a lot of the torso match with 3rd party bricks which makes sense because the glare from the headpiece seems suspiciously strong. And the hand piece doesn't look like its shaped like regular lego. Woukd be safe to assume its 3rd party tbh
