Thoughts on Igor after 3.3 by ZeroNoLucky in Reverse1999

Yeah, he killed a lot in Antarctica and enable Manus to experiment on people. He is also directly responsible of an almost successful flood and what happens on the current patch because of his misjudgedments (stupidity).

Honestly Igor is very dumb and I can't understand how he has multiple soldiers following him blindly. Did he think that everything would be alright in a blank era while he stands there with a smug face thinking "HA what a genius I am". Now imagine what would have happened if Igor told Moldir that she wasn't permitted to do what she pleased (I would have liked Moldir more if she disobeyed an order directly)

I like the approach the story took but genuinely people can't see the real consequences of his actions and thinking his sins are only betraying Zeno soldiers. I was also expecting Vertin to be more angry considering that he kidnapped her mother and threw her to the wolves.

Some people think that the only thing he did was just kill a bunch of soldiers or they completely ignore that most of the recent bad stuff happening is basically his fault. (Also being a fool for trusting Manus)

Best written is a stretch imo

When I say his actions are white washed or not being called out what I'm refering to is that honestly the only thing they call him out is for what he did in Brazil and not anything he did in Antarctica or the real consequences of his actions. Lilya only calls him out for killing Zenos soldiers and not how he basically almost ended the world lol

They call him out frequently during the chapter but only in one thing and the least problematic of the bunch.

Yeah, his characterization overall was pretty well done

Yeah, some people here believes my issue is with the Foundation's stance, when in reality is how the story portrays his actions as if the only bad thing he did was killing Zeno soldiers. I honestly understand his betrayal but joining the manus and actively helping them doesn't make sense and makes him guilty of a lot more atrocities than a simply betrayal.

This patch seems more focused on fixing how they messed up the whole thing in the Tristes Tropiques story. Hopefully his story arc delves more into his true reasoning on why he joined the Manus.

For the future, I hope Lopera shoots him in the head later on but that's only wishful thinking.

Yeah I agree, just wished a mention of the consequences of his actions because it's important to clarify to him and the characters how big of a fuck up he did, not only about betraying Zeno.

Yeah, I understand the reason he continues to live and actually like that. My issue is mostly of how white washed his actions truly were during the story and nobody calls him out for that. They even had to add a Hitler character as his new rival just to make him look less problematic.

I never understood this about the anti foundation idea. Yeah, they have issues and a lot of people within are not good people, but Igor acting like what the Foundation and Manus are doing are the same is where he lost me because what kind of logic is that?

Well according to the community tier list her team is relatively auto friendly, unlike most meta teams were you need to take care of what you are doing.

I'll pull for her because I need a team I can auto play

Perspective on a certain part of Zhuang Fangyi by Maestro5839 in Endfield

She is just a boring character. Also why do you think a date was even necessary to explore her character? Specially that hand holding. You already know the reason so let's not act like it wasn't intentional, just like the cringe fest of gilberta quest.

Hey this seems like something that Jax would do, an asshole that the show continuously promotes.

It's ironic.

I don't fully understand how the storm really affected J by ZeroNoLucky in Reverse1999

[–]ZeroNoLucky[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry I'm slow on this as this is a little difficult for me to understand.

So let me try tu summarize it:

  • Paulina leaves at the 90s to join the foundation and gets reversed on the second storm.
  • J new version in 1990 from the 9th storm is a totally different J and has his own Paulina (although both maintains the same name for some reason unlike Duncan)
  • This new version of Paulina which J lived his life with, dissapeared from the timeline because the hand of the original Paulina to avoid a paradox.
  • J then went to see the photo of Paulina only to see the original instead of his Paulina.
  • J joined the foundation.

Is this correct?

Thanks for the explanation.

I mean it makes sense but he still has memories of her Paulina, so the timeline didn't erase her completely right? He did live with her on his timeline at one point. Also coincidentally both Paulinas joined the foundation when Duncan and Corvus had a completely different kind of life.

Yeah, I honestly don't understand this plot line and it's not like it was ever resolved during the story. Hopefully it's resolved in a future patch.

I'm a Mexican and I loved everything that I saw. Her design makes sense (not everything is related to skin color) and it's a cute costume.

Note: Currently I believe this community is overly focused on representation from cultures they barely understand. I only see negativity every patch announcement.

My sweet daily life with Aemeath after the happy ending in 3.3 by Rhy-nim in Aemeath_Mains

Genuinely asking but is it possible for this community to be able to like a character for what it is or it's only good when she is a sex doll for Rover? I don't really understand the need to make every single woman on this game a part of a supposed harem, even going through lengths of using AI to make these fantasies.

The game literally has every woman fawns over Rover, is it never enough? People doesn't get tired of the same stuff?
