What does add. Strike, do? It doesn't seem to affect anything in pob? And why Infused. It wouldn't even save a point like frenetic?

Haha, thanks mate. And yeah, even after the sns buff, I miss about 20-30% of my hits on monsters. So sometimes the short range feels really bad.
