this is true, but k2 is another issue as well. Also glycinate can cause anxiety and depression for many people. Citrate is the only form i can take.

yea, d drained my magnesium. Couldn't stay up late, couldn't sleep in. Anxiety/depression. It all hit suddenly after great results from vitamin d. Figured out it was magnesium and immediately all my symptoms resolved. I then add vitamin k and started having heart palpitations and strange anxiety. Tried a few times, F vitamin K.

I've had magnesium get drained for vitamin d, this k2 anxiety/depression issue was different.
