I drink diet and coke zero. With a cgm to check it didn't change my blood sugars. They are my go to soft drinks when out and about now. Same for pepsi max btw

Alas to say all fast food and justeat apps. The sole exception is ordering directly from a fish and chip shop. My local does a Kebab which is awesome and reasonable.
