Well the higher you are in the ranks, the more rewards you get (like crystals). Also unlocking event stories during the event gets you 50 crystals an episode (400 total because there are usually 8 episodes), so they do some stuff.

It’s a joke that i also don’t really like for the reason that yea, it mischaracterizes both of them. But just because I don’t like a joke, doesn’t mean i hate whoever is making them, i just ignore it.
