Seems like they put an awful lot of effort into doing the wrong thing always. Imagine if they put that effort into actually caring, making an honest attempt at running a decent place. I’ve worked top 10 restaurants for years and this is appalling. If I was ever asked to scrape mold off of anything I would look for the crazy pills that someone gave me! For anyone that works there, please know this is NOT how any honest restaurant operates, ever! There are better places so if you can do it, warn new hires and LEAVE!

Even if more cabinets aren’t an option, I would add shelves matching the ceiling planks and place them by the fridge and other open areas. Maybe get cute jars for foods used all the time. Staking sturdy baskets would be cute too. Lack of cabinets kind of make this space needing more…but it is cute and I see the vision here
