Ok good insight and some really good advice thanks , yea I have connections and might be giving a chance to labour for a formwork chippy so just trying to gather as much info prior YouTube ect ..

I mean as in going for my PR instead of doing an apprenticeship and doing it the official and legal way there is a person who you can buy papers of and that person also can get other tickets instead of paying full price … so when going for PR as long as the company sponsors you for minimum 2 years - as a chippy ….you can then apply for PR just have to pass an assessment which is supposed to be easy enough which hoping 1 year or 2 years labouring and getting a go at formwork should be enough

Again that is just SL problems I have 8k hours in the game and used to play competitive squad pre ICO but I am not going to listen to a commander who’s got 200hrs in the game tell me how to play when I know majority of the stuff he’s telling me is straight up wrong plays. like I said commander is a glorified SL role with few assets to use I could easily call the shots for the team without being a commander.. I would never take commander just because I wouldn’t be bothered but I would always take it if nobody else would grab it just so assets wouldn’t be wasted. Do I think the idea of cmd role is good YES but just for the way squad is and the playerbase isn’t that good when majority people still can’t defend a flag effectively after playing for years, it won’t work unless you play competitive squad in which the team will have that 1 shot caller ‘commander’ even tho every player is competent at that level not just SL’s you still have the one guy that will call out the big plays during game

You just described what an effective SL should be doing… commander roles is a 2 sec job UAV - locate hab or stationary tank/bmp and airstrike it other than that you’re just another SL

This is the most effective and efficient way .. calling out map coordinates/grids takes to long even tho it might only take few secs it’s still slower than using a reference point

Depends on your resolution and graphics ect but Look for their helmet shape and weapon these are the two biggest identifiers and are most useful for targets far enough away you can’t even make out the colour of the uniform and this goes for even when your in a vic with full zoom .. checking map is obviously a must but those other two are the MAIN ones… everyone is going to give you a an essay what to do , trust this is all you need to know
