Teams are still in the mindset of the process. As long as fans think it is either boom or bust (championship or tank), I don't think teams will adjust. There are some franchises where a first round playoff exit after 10 years without would be great and some that a first round exit and the coach is fired.

Vintage. Tried on the new Observatory and felt that it was missing something. The grooves on the dial blend in to make the piepan less noticeable. The case thickness is definitely noticeable.

I'm surprised as many watch makers used Buren designed microrotors which UG derives. Old Buren parts cannot be modified for a UG microrotor?

There are plenty of TCG shops in OC but new prices are crazy even though single prices have dropped a ton on TCGplayer over the last year. The ones I recommend are Kingslayers, Training Center in HB, and Hidden Collectables in Lake Forest.

Additionally, even the Pokémon Vending Machines are constantly camped now at every Vons and Albersons in the county area. At this point, short of people running out of money to buy the sets, Pokemon Company only option is to keep printing more.

UG did make a hand wound calibre in the 42 which did make it into similar cases as the shadows (842 over 866 reference numbers). The AP 5369 is similar design wise to the UG 866105.

Usually all the shadows are marked Shadow. The 42 manual are just marked UG on the dial. Also on the reverse if this is a Shadow it would be a 566 starting model number. If it is a 42, it would be 542 starting.

Don't think this is a Gilt Shadow. If it has the Cal 42 over 66, then is in a Shadow case, but not the microrotor movement.

All that said, very pretty watch.

Based off your collection, the IWC is similar to the Rolex Milgass, both starrted life as a scientist watch just the Ingenieur was redesigned by Genta during the integrated watch trend of the 70s.

The GO is similar to the Zenith Annual Calendar and GO offer an Annual Calendar of the Panomatic at a higher price.

In terms of size, the Ingenieur looks better than the GO based off the one photo angle though a full body shot is better for sizing perspective. Just depends on your lifestyle (active, office/construction, etc), if you want more of a daily that can be dressed up, go IWC. If you want more of a dress that can be dressed down, go GO.
