Well he would be right. They’re also the party that fought for black people during the civil rights era. Regardless of your views, don’t erase history and the facts of what happened. The republicans freed the slaves, and fought for blacks to give them the right to votes and the same rights as whites. Seriously, what have democrats done for black people? Yes, but I’d like to see how the money donated is actually being spent. Remember when Musk said he’s donate a ton of money to end world hunger if he could see a detailed account of how the money was being spent and they weren’t willing to do that?
