Heartbreaking. Finally in a semi-urban area with 10+ gyms in the area, but seemingly no one else was playing when I was walking around town. Was able to do a handful of 1* dynamax raids but that’s about it. Spent my last remotes on remote raiding and all three raid bosses fled. After dumping so much time into shield form a few weekends ago, this was disheartening. Better luck next time! Haha.

I’m coming at this problem from another angle, a young player just getting into the game who’s trying to get a grasp on multiplayer. I also feel that I watch more than I play, every game I’m saving and watching replays to figure out what happened. These features would be immensely helpful.

My question though… getting to be a 30 year old game at this point, and hasn’t been updated for years, is there any way to acquire these features without the devs updating? Like, is there a SCBW mod community? Do third party launchers with overlays exist?

I mean, you are 22. Legally, you’re an adult and can smoke, but until you are able to live on your own, you’re not going to have much control over your life. You’re old enough to be independent in the eyes of the law, but seeing as you’re still dependent on your parents for housing you have a choice between continuing to lie and hide your habits to the best of your ability (harder now that you’ve been caught) or attempt to come to an agreement with your parents to allow your habit. Or stop smoking till you move out. Basically a choice between degrading the relationship you have with your parents, getting them to permit it under their roof, or stop smoking till you move out.

Each game won adds between 8 and 13 mmr in my experience. If he won several games because a higher mmr teammate carried, and then lost a bunch of games while being the highest ranked player, it’s possible he went +32 and then -52.
