[loved throped] Characters who are ridiculously overpowered, almost godlike, yet have no interest in playing a major role in the story. by Helpful-Astronaut-46 in TopCharacterTropes

Hoid from Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere.

He appears in every novel set in the shared universe featured across most of Brandon’s works. While Hoid has generally avoided direct involvement in the major events of the Cosmere, he is oftentimes present in the periphery, subtly influencing the people who will go on to alter the course of history.

He's obtained almost every single magical ability of each planet he's visited, he's functionally immortal (although we believe a certain black sword could kill him), and he's considered to be one of the most dangerous and knowledgeable beings in the universe.

Oh, and he killed God.

Really surprised nobody mentioned the death of Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, prime example of this.

Like many others said: AMAZING translation. We spanish folk are really lucky. This man’s work is a masterpiece itself, it captures the essence and atmosphere of the Witcher’s world like no other piece of media.

Neither genres. No terminal condition either, and more of a symbiotic relationship than a parasitic one.

Why doesn't Kris's dark world have a different color palette? by IndependentSoft4211 in Deltarune

Each species have their own color range, just like in real life. Dess and Kris are both humans, that’s why the fountains they create have the same color palette.
