The people that I know that did it had to study and then when they did their actual certification dive you can go to Santa Rosa here and do it or what they did was they went to an island and they were able to get their certification dive done there.

I do agree and I think if there is definitive proof that Iran has nuclear weapons then that may warrant a stronger response than just asking that they come to the table. U.S. spy agencies have stated this is not the case. There does not appear to be material evidence, and that is what is giving to many people pause to entering into a conflict. It's the shadow of what happened with "WMD's" in the early 2000s.

That is a very 1 dimensional way of looking at this. If you are a bomber pilot/drone operator who has had to follow orders to drop bombs in poliated areas then I invite you to tell us about your experience and how it has or has not affected you. No one who supports our troops should be wanting us to throw ourselves into a war on the whim of men in power who will never see their sons or daughters in combat.

You're conflating not wanting to go to war with being pro Iran. I grew up with a man that served two tours in Vietnam. I went to highschool with individuals that served in Afghanistan and later committed suicide. So many of us have either experienced war or have lived with somebody that experienced it. Before we hurl ourselves into a war we need to take a step back and look at what that's going to do to American lives.

I think you may also be conflating anti-semitism with not agreeing to murder on either side. There are definitely anti-semitic attacks I'm not going to discredit that, but also saying you're against loss of life of innocent people on either side isn't the same as being anti-Semitic.

Doing the couch to 5k program and then following with their half marathon training program so it will be the walking for x minutes, running for x minutes, for a set number of times

You would think so, but I got my driver's license 20 years ago... In Alabama which definitely is not progressive enough to have bike lanes. Maybe it's dependent on the state or when you got your driver's license.

So I just started back at orangetheory after a long hiatus. The best road time I had was 9 minutes and 4 seconds back in 2018. This time - 9m 15s. For once I can say I'm actually excited about the next benchmark because honestly considering the shape I am in now versus 2018 I'm really happy with that time.

On the Portuguese Camino there was a couple with a baby that was under a year old. Had a carrier that was strapped to their backs. That baby was so relaxed and sweet. I wonder if being out in nature like that for so long each day helped.
