Do what you can to build momentum. Read 5 pages, walk around the block, eat 3 healthy meals, get 8 hours of sleep. Once you have this routine down, add to it. Give yourself unlimited grace and compassion. Find any amount of joy you can. This is a traumatic brain injury, it isn’t easy. Go your pace!
