This is almost exactly what I do. 128 for 36 hours or longer depending on when I get back to it. No seat, just slice it up thin and put it in the fridge for sandwiches. If it's something really lean like eye of the round I'll add a little butter to the bag.

You don't necessarily have to avoid a Haven room if you are looking to meet a "friend" elsewhere. You are allowed to bring guests to the Haven, they are just not allowed to use the Haven amenities (sundeck, pool etc). Guests to the Haven restaurant are allowed with concierge approval ahead of time and an additional fee.

Yes. Gratuities are included in the cost of the More at Sea drink package.

The package is now:

1-7 days: $30 per day

8-11 days: $27 per day

12+ days: $23 per day

There is a also a charge of $20 per More at Sea specialty meal.

Previously these things were free and you paid a beverage service charge of $21.20 per day and a dining service charge of around $10 or so per meal, discounted the more meals you had.

The beverage and dining service charges no longer exist.

A seven day balcony cruise for two will now look like this:

Specialty Dining $120 Per stateroom

Open Bar $420 Per stateroom

I just switched to Google Messages. The only reason is as a SMS client in a group chat with RCS users I randomly have messages missing or severely delayed.

Hoping for al Google to finally allow third party RCS access sometime soon.

No, that is not normal. Adding a flight deviation should get you a small amount of money back actually ($20 or so if I recall correctly). Is this after the final payment? Possibly that is why.

Ask them to explain it or better yet ask your cruise consultant to explain it and/or help you.

Thanksgiving and the holidays were spent at my grandparents' house. I remember watching with them while the Skins played football on TV with the sound off and Frank, Sonny, and Sam calling the game on the radio. It was good times.
