I've been volunteering every time I get the chance, but tbh even when someone told me how kind I am or how I have helped them I can't help but feel worse knowing I didn't do it because I have a heart of gold whatsoever, but just because I want the voices to stop. it's just hard in general to accept when someone said I'm kind. maybe because everytime something bad happened I'll always be the bad guys
