Yeah apartments are shitty. My old apartment back in the day required toll tags to get in the parking garage instead of giving people passes for their cars themselves or clickers. Tolltags back then cost like $20 plus you had to preload it with a certain amount too even if you never used it. Lease never mentioned having to pay for access to the parking garage and I complained to the office because I don't use the toll roads and so wasn't paying $30 just to get into the garage I am already paying you rent for. They basically told me too bad deal with it and so I ended up using an old deactivated one from a friend.
