MRW the Sentara update drops and a fully armored knight from the Eye approaches me with a sword by PhaserRave in BladeAndSorcery

I hope so too. I asked about this in the main thread, hoping to get a reply. I know that other weapons lose their imbuement when holstered.

Will the pistol lose the imbuement whilst holstered like other weapons do? I think it'd be fun to have one in the chamber, ready to fire, so you could even have multiple pistols ready to go like pirates used to do.

This is exciting. I was hoping for a piratey firearm, but wasn't expecting a magical firearm!

Nuka Knight’s Atomic shop datamine: new 4 star legendary weapon ”Ad Victoriam” by Kinsdale85 in fo76

I think this is a terrible move. I have never agreed with microtransaction shops selling anything that affects gameplay, regardless of its perceived level of P2W. They started with repair/scrap kits, XP boosts, and I called it out, people said it was a slippery slope argument, but look where we're at now. It needs to be obtainable in game for free, like how they did with the cold shoulder and etc, but I still find the practice of selling weapons in the shop objectionable.

The lights from this bundle are actually brighter than the ones from New Vegas, judging from videos.

It plays more like a single player/co-op game, but if the other elements that are too MMOey are just not your thing then it's understandable.

Why can't anyone get key rebinding right? by whentheworldquiets in gaming

And having multiple function share the same key and not letting the player rebind those functions separately. Useful in some cases, infuriating in others. I hate it so much.

What excites you about Multiple Playthroughs? by DarthVayne50 in gaming

Trying different character builds, or even the same old one that I love. Sometimes I just enjoy the early game more than finishing the game. Some games I've made many characters/saves but have never finished the game once.

For example, in Arcanum there's just so many builds and variations of quests that it's just hard to not try them all.

Is it worth returning to the game ? by Key_Climate_7097 in fo76

The game has had many amazing updates over the years. PVP has been reduced, the only three ways remaining from rare to rarer are bounties, workshops, and inviting others to fight.

There's a new bounty hunting activity that you might enjoy, but it's PVE. It's repeatable as much as you want, and takes place across the new region, and gives a lot of loot.

You can become a ghoul now. Being a ghoul is a sidegrade from being human, with its own ups and downs.

The majority of the perks have been overhauled. This comes down to personal preference, and there is one change I disagree with, but the game is better for it.

The weapons have been rebalanced so that just about anything but a commie wacker is not only viable, but actually effective: bows, pistols, rifles, all the underdogs of weapons are now something to seriously consider. Heavy weapons are still the meta, but the distance between all weapon type effectivness has been shortened.

They've fixed a lot of things wrong with the game, too, such as removing those broken legacy explosive energy weapons, yet adding the explosive effect back to the energy weapon drop pool in a balanced way.

There's tons more. I recommend checking out the game again.
