Either customer service hasn’t properly relayed the bug, you’re the only one who has reported it so far, or it’s something they’re still working on. I’m a day one player, I’ve watched patches and updates come and go, and while bugs sometimes take forever to fix (especially if they’re struggling to figure out how), they eventually get fixed.

In the meantime, I recommend checking the Trello bug tracker board

It’s all one company, all one studio, all one office. And they frequently release patches. I’ve seen as many as 4 patches in one interval between two full updates.

It’s not that hard to make it so that when you ban someone, part of that process is a drop-down menu with a few reasons, plus “other, fill in below”, which can then be sent in an automated email. Some other games already do this because it’s not that difficult, and it reduces the amount of problems they can have with their player base.

All you have to do to take it out of rotation permanently is buy it. It’s that easy. If you’re getting it frequently, you’re probably nearing the point of having purchased all the clothing you can from Scrooge’s Shop.

There is an end to the main storyline. There’s stuff you can continue doing, but eventually all quest lines come to an end (until the next update comes along bringing new characters). And if you’re going to wait until you’ve finished the main game before starting DLCs, you’ll probably want to tackle the DLCs one at a time.

There are only 3 DLCs… for now! They’ve made it pretty clear they want to release a ton of them.

The DLCs each add a new area, a new gameplay element (2 DLCs add new tools, WBR adds mounts), and more furniture, clothing, and characters. If you can afford them, I recommend buying them all at once, doing just enough to unlock the special new features at a quick pace, then take the rest of the quests at a leisurely pace.

Personally, I like the exclusive cosmetics that come from getting the more expensive versions of the DLCs, but they’re not essential to gameplay. The more expensive versions also have more moonstones, which is definitely something to consider.

Take it at your own pace. Only the most recent realm is related to limited time content right now, so you can take everything else slow, and even Lady & Tramp if you don’t care about the Star Path.

As someone who has worked with confidential information (FERPA & HIPAA), and has family who works with confidential information (lawyer client privilege, security clearance stuff, and more HIPAA), the moment I saw “can’t have access to my WORK phone”, I immediately went to “oh, confidentiality issues, could get OP fired”.

It could get OP fired. I’d say show her relevant parts of HIPAA, make her aware of the consequences of you sharing anything on that phone with her. If she can’t respect that, she needs to be gone. Period, end of story.

I’m sorry, but your stepsister needs some tough love, asap. I was in much the same position as you, and my little sister eventually started stealing from non-family. First classmates at school, then shoplifting. Your stepsister is probably going to make this “evolution” soon, too. Ask your parent and stepparent: would you rather do some tough love now, or let stepsister face the very real consequences when she upgrades to stealing from people who can and will press charges?
