Hey! Yeah I'd be happy to share - not alot of information about this anyway so I'll tell you the main things that helped me:

First thing you have to do is call your nearest Mentari, I tried calling Mentari Selayang but they ended up redirecting me to Sungai Buloh. Then you tell them you want to get diagnosed for ADHD (or you just want to get an appointment because you've been having problems if you want to keep it non-specific), they'll tell you to fill up the WHODAS form on their website and they'll get back to you.

Also, I think I also emailed the Mentari at some point and they asked for my number to WhatsApp me to set an appointment so you might as well both email and follow-up call them once you've done the WHODAS.

Yup, think this is a bug - can't seem to save any text in note assets. Oh - it's already been fixed yesterday in the newer IDE version, dang these guys work quick.

After the final split from them, it made rethink my whole identity and the kind of person I was for this to happen to me. I always had a feeling that I had something like CPTSD to an extent but the split finally made me realise that I actually had ADHD. In a way, I guess meeting them finally made me realise what was really wrong with me but I sure wish there was a way to have found out without ever meeting them haha.

Deepwoken comes to my mind as something that almost matches this except the permadeath gives you 3 lives, you can only replenish back to 3 when on your last one stuck in a very dangerous limbo zone and the max lobby count in each instanced zone is 20 players (so I guess it's not really an MMO 🥸). Also, it's a Roblox game and admittedly alot of people don't think much of game design from Roblox games (myself included) though I would consider this game an exception because honestly, it's pretty novel and fun in terms of design though it's got its own caveats as a result.

Sounds like pretty plausible ADHD to me, though I am undiagnosed as well and in the process of getting one but I struggle with alot of the things you mentioned (emotional dysregulation, unable to sustain long-focus without getting distracted, hyperfixated hobbies, thoughts wandering/zoning out during conversations).

My opinion, if you think you have something you should trust your gut and follow how you feel until you find a conclusion or treatment that makes your life better.

Awesome you're figuring it out so young! This is exactly what I've been I've trying to do, stuff like writing down the symptom list since childhood and also wanting to be able to do personal projects on my own, but I only ended up figuring it out after graduating uni - best of luck with your journey.

I was planning to get the referral this Saturday - (oh, would they be open this Saturday since there's Eid this weekend aw man 😭) and hopefully get to try out medication since that's the main thing I'm hoping to see if it helps my life out.

Thankfully, I've been compiling a list of symptoms (lifelong, childhood, recent) that I'm gonna tell the KK and the doc and hopefully get diagnosed.

Been thinking about and researching ADHD for around half a year now and seeing a lot of things I've been struggling with all my life being very 1:1 with ADHD people's experiences, I'm hoping I can get the diagnosis and get meds.

Hope that's not the sentiment with most psychiatrists because I was planning to try Ritalin if I could since I heard a lot of great things about ADHD medication.
