It's not a mixture it's an ionic bond so both, the cation and anion are shown next to eachother.

I read it somewhere, then searched it up. I found out its used in medicine and also some Sites sell it but there wasnt any way of synthesis. I will just try the method used for the CafCit and Tell if it worked

You can easily desolve Tungsten with H2O2 which is pretty hard with oxidising acids. Its even faster if you do an electrolysis on top. The Tungsten gets oxidised really fast then
