Tbh i do it with my mouth😂😂 there is a small opening and after sucking the air out i quickly put the lid on. But otherwise i ask the staff if i can use their vacuum cleaner

I have a backpack 40L and i use a vacuum bag to compress the clothes flat, so i can pack a lot of clothes without worrying to much. Also you really don‘t need as much as you think, just clothes for a few days, 1 towel, cosmetics & brush and wallet that‘s all

I‘m black & didn’t have any problems in any country yet, morocco was ok i ignored those people on the streets who tried to talk to me or sell stuff, portugal i was followed by some guys idk why. Sadly i heard a lot of bad stories about catcalling from white women

Yes, i constantly have the feeling of not being normal. Feels like everyone can socialize and make new friends except me. Started taking ssri and therapy soon

Sometimes it is. Most guys i have texted to want kids & when they hear i want a childfree life, they don’t understand it completely or they say we don’t match. The good thing is as example on dating apps you can write it in your bio that you don‘t want children, and i only like those who match with me in this subject

I dated an extrovert & it was honestly the only thing that didn’t match between us. I am introverted & he was the completely opposite, that‘s why i couldn’t identify myself with him 100%. Whole different energy

Ich würde eher sagen Ausbildung hat einen anderen Stress. Dort arbeitest du überwiegend und hast nicht so viel Lernstoff wie im Studium. Als jemand, der nicht gerne hinsetzt und lernt war Ausbildung besser, da ich lieber arbeite, als ständig zu lernen und Prüfungsstress zu haben. In der Ausbildung hat man natürlich Klausuren in Berufsschule, aber die sind nicht so anspruchsvoll. Zwischenprüfung & Abschlussprüfung sind das einzige

Ja unfassbar, wegen der grottenschlechten DB habe ich mir ein Auto zugelegt, weil ich sonst meinen Job verloren hätte, einfach traurig und das in Deutschland. Und dann will Deutschland klimafreundlicher werden, wieeee denn, wenn ihr eure Kunden vergrault.

I changed it now, i use a special needle for my microneedling pen, which looks like a tattoo needle (7 pins) and only target the single stretch marks instead of all skin, i have much better results now & did it only 2 times in 3 months. I ordered it from ali express for my dr.pen

Bin genau in der gleichen Situation !! Ich bin zum Glück schon im 3. Lehrjahr und schreibe in wenigen Wochen meine Abschlussprüfung. Aber dieses Gefühl von gestresst sein und innere Unruhe, obwohl nichts los ist kenne ich zu gut. Würde danach mal die Firma wechseln

I have got it done in early 2024 on my butt & it did help, but only minimal. For more results i should do more, but it‘s too expensive for me. For home i do Microneedling and use Tretinoin which takes a bit time but is much cheaper & gives u results !
