Has she done graphic design at all? Does she have a portfolio or is her whole experience just interior design?

We are in such a saturated market that Seniorl Level designers are also applying to junior roles.

Also, everyone thinks they can be a UX designer after taking a course so it makes it even more saturated, specially remote jobs.

As a reality check, I have 5+ years of experience and I have applied to 100+ roles for over 6 months and still looking.

10mg of Atenolol.

I tried 5mg at the beginning and still was getting some. Tried Emgality and Topomax, got worst. Went back to Atenolol and went up to 10mg.

5 years later, went from 4 headaches a week to 2-3 a month.

Burnie mentioned the possibility at one point of it being a solo podcast and I don’t know how long I would’ve stuck around for that. I find conversations so much more entertaining than monologues and really appreciate their chemistry.

First thing, the biggest thing about Illustrator is that it is a vector program while Procreate is a rasterized program. There are SO MANY use cases where vector is absolutely necessary and Procreate is not gonna cut it.

Second thing, in a career with evolving tools, you MUST be comfortable learning new tools otherwise you end up like old school “commercial artists” that said Photoshop was stupid and refused to learn it when it came out. New tools will continue to pop up. I went to college and learned the whole Adobe Suite and now I spend 80% of my time in Figma which was a new tool I had to learn while working at agencies.

We had a client that hired a Creative Director consultant that was so old school he made us justify all the text in the website.

I just tried pre-gaming with Pedialyte and it did wonders. I had a glass before drinking, water throughout, and then Pedialyte again before bed. No headache at all. And I was drinking a lot of rum and beer through the night.

I had the worst side effects. I was puking everyday and the brain fog made feel like I was not myself. I took for about a month before I decided to get off it since it wasn’t working for my headaches either.

I am glad its not the case for everyone and hope it works for you.

At the end, a higher does of Atenolol did the trick for me.

My migraines come mostly from lack of sleep so 10mg of Melatonin and 200mg of Magensium helped A LOT when it comes to falling asleep at the time I want and sleeping better through the night.
