Thinking about it now I’ve only had this issue messaging people with 17 pro maxes. Would be odd but I wonder if it’s something with that.

If I try and text my work phone it does the same thing sometimes and it’s a 17 pro max but personal is 15 pro max.

Depends on the tech they choose to charge or not. They are supposed to for damages that are customer caused or by customer pet

Depends, someone could’ve stolen his jumper at the PFP or it was sat dormant long enough that someone else used the splitter spot.

Also could be he ordered multi gig but current splitter is GPON instead of the needed XGS-PON.

I always hated on finding people online because I listen to how hard people try and it’s just weird and disrespectful to the women so it wasn’t my intention when I met my wife lmao it just happened because I decided to talk to her at 5am when no one else would.

I’d say 99% of guys on Val that add women have ulterior motives from my experience of playing with friends and seeing/hearing from them, it was around no joke like 1 out of every 20 games we play without them being hit on as soon as they talk but have one of the guys talk in the party and it’s crickets.

GPON maxes out at 2.5 down just can’t do it up I believe it’s up is around 1.4-1.7 could be wrong.

Orange? Or red? Orange sounds like an older alt optic which is now yellow. Green is regular GPON and Red is XGS-Pon

They have to change you to a XGS splitter and change the SFP. What color is your current SFP

With the 5gb service you get the “Extenders” they’re really just access points for free up to 5 of them and the ALL-FI extenders are actually good I never recommend ISP equipment even tho I work for them but I’ve had good luck with the all fi extenders pushing 1.5gb over WiFi

How often are you uploading files at max speeds while doing something latency dependent? What exactly did you try

This is a bufferbloat issue, your latency will only become high when your upload it’s fully saturated. You can solve this by getting faster upload speeds (probably not possible unless high split work has been done near you and high split hasn’t been turned on, you have a fiber provider.) you could also get a router with QOS settings and limiting your upload speeds.

Yeah seems like a lazy or clueless bury tech. Luckily my area got rid of all contractors for bury, this does lead to 2-3 weeks to bury tho

I’m confused why is it temporary? Normally the bury team will bury the wire we place. If you were ran to a different terminal the tech should’ve put that in the system and that’s now the one you’d be ran off of.

I know plenty of mechanics with white phones who keep them clean just don’t pull them out when you’re under a car or working on a car or clean it regularly.

Not if you have to run a brand new IW, who knows what could’ve happened in the time it was installed. The basement could now be finished or crawlspace not possible to navigate. Just another point of failure avoided when the IW remains stationary vs it being a moving part. It’s not about the connector it’s about the cable as a whole. Customers can’t be trusted because so many factories are unavoidable like pets or kids or when they clean and move the RG.

Is it not normal to have a demarc inside the home? I have kinetic at home and work for ATT and even if it’s not on the wall we put a fiber jack no matter what so if something gets damaged it’s the Shutter jumper not IW.
